Mrs. Debbie went above and beyond helping me identifying my pool equipment and getting the supplies I needed on short notice. I plan on checking with them first for all my future pool needs.

I have been using Splash Pools for over 5 years for all my pool testing and supply needs. Debbie has always been so knowledgeable and helpful and, best of all, honest. The perfect example of this happened last week when I came home from a 4 week trip to a pool full of algae. She knew exactly what to do to get it cleaned up. But then, when I started up the pool again, I found that the surge protector had been hit and it appeared that the salt cell had been damaged. Debbie ordered me a new salt cell and, when it came in, she had me bring my old salt cell in for testing to make sure it wasn’t working before she sold me a new one. Most other pool stores would just sell you a new cell and not care if you needed it or not. Then, after I installed the new salt cell, we found that the salt cell control board had also been hit. She ordered me a new control board from the vendor who charged the least and took an extra day to deliver - which saved me a goodly amount of money.
That is why I get all my pool supplies and service from Splash Pools - I can trust them and they know what they’re doing AND they’re really nice!

We used this company in the past and had had good service w them previously so we contacted them again when we had a new pool issue arise. I had one initial return phone call about them coming by and then NO further contact despite my calls, emails and personal texts. I was very disappointed. Our trouble started in mid October and the last reply I received was around Thanksgiving-I was told that the information would be passed along to Jack. Never heard another word. SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

Thanks so much for the info about cold weather, Debbie. I would not have known to remove my tabs if you had not told me. I want to thank you for the excellent service I receive from your guys who clean my pool. My mother is usually home and she tells me how respectful and professional they are when they are there. She's in her 90's and that is very important to her. I feel they go the extra mile to make sure I am happy when I get home after a hard day at work. I know my pool will be sparkling clean and if anything is wrong with my equipment, they have either fixed it or (if it is a repair that needs to be ok'd) called me to let me know what needs to be done. I am a very happy customer. Thanks again for all that you do for me.
