I had a leak in my pool and called Ace Leak Detection for help. Their staff is friendly and helpful. They kept me informed on the scheduling of the work via email. One of the great benefits of using Ace is their e-mail gives you all the required information you need to know about their services. I did not need to leave work and be at the house when the work was done. Frank & Aaron repaired the leak, left me a detailed report on what they had repaired and the tests they completed on the pool. Their work is guaranteed for 90 days!!! That is awesome. Would recommend them to anyone who wants hassle free service.

I do not recommend Ace. I would rate them 0 stars. I was so unhappy with Ace after paying for their pool leak detection service I hired Aaron’s leak detection to redo the work and so happy that I did. Ace came to my house 4 times, three times via email I requested an estimate for the repair and written location of the leak which I never received. On their last trip to my house they offered to make-it-up to me for the poor service I had already received. The technician puttied some cracks and fittings and still hadn’t identified the leak. If I had Ace cut a hole in my deck where they thought the leak was I would have multiple holes in my cement deck until they finally found the actual source that Aarons found on their first trip.

I called Ace Leak Detection in Oviedo Florida due to having something lodged in my skimmer. I had tried another company that was unsuccessful of getting the item out however, I still had to pay for their time. I spoke to Bill and explained the situation and he said he could come by today and try to get it out since he was near my area. Bill and Todd were very professional running different test to verify that it was definitely something in my skimmer. Within 30min they had great success in getting my skimmer free of the item that had been lodged. Today I'm a very happy person as I sat an watched my pool cleaner race around my pool now that it has an excellent flow. I highly recommend this company . Thanks Bill and Todd for the great service.
