He diagnosed the problem, and took care of it. One thing that stood out to me, and I made sure to tell him, he mentioned putting on shoe covers before entering the house! To a family that doesn't wear shoes in the house, this was awesome! Great customer service! If needed, we will definitely be using you guys again!
