We have used Benjamin Franklin plumbing twice recently for two separate reasons, after another company was suppose to come out and never showed. Prices are fair, work is excellent, and the guys have been wonderful and personable both times! They explained everything very well as well as our options. Will definitely reccomend them!

After calling another plumbing service in Tyler, and then problem not being resolved with our washing machine drain, Kevin with BF came out and resolved everything. Too bad for us we had to go through the weekend without the washing machine- we should have called them first. Professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.
