In 2019, Heart of Texas Pool & Spa & Waco Pool & Spa merged together to create one company - Waco Pool & Spa. Waco Pools is family owned and operated swimming pool company with more than 20 years industry experience. Owners Tim McDow, Holli McDow & Jason Rich, along with their 13 employees operate from a core value where "service is from the heart" and they look forward to sharing their knowledge and expertise with all of Waco Pools' loyal customers. Jason Rich first started in the pool industry in 2002 working alongside his 20-year-old sister, Holli McDow, who was managing the former Aquatic Pools in Waco, and his brother-in-law Tim McDow, who was their lead pool tech.
