Our company originated as Luther Stem Trucking in the 1940's by Luther N. Stem, Sr. who operated a dump truck service. It was taken over in 1951 by Luther Stem, Jr., who in 1962 built his first swimming pool in his own backyard. Soon after, people were asking him to build them a swimming pool and that is how our company came to be. For over 50 years Luther Stem Pools & Spas has enjoyed a reputation for honest dealings and quality concrete pool construction as well as winning eight national awards for workmanship and design and many Aqua 100 Awards.
