I purchased a new spa from Carefree and just received it yesterday. From my first visit, the buying experience with Karen and Tom was enjoyable. Karen went out of her way to accommodate my specific requirements with the order, and Tom was extremely helpful during delivery, and followed up to make sure everything was going well after he left. I recommend Carefree without reservation.
