They came out on a Saturday, over the Thanksgiving Holiday, to fix a small leak that needed to be fixed before closing on our house. Great customer service, willing to work with our unique situation, and quickly because we had a time constraint. They also helped us years ago when our WH stopped working. They just fixed the small problem with out charging and arm and a leg or doing unnecessary work both times. I would strongly recommend them over and over again!
