Property is situated in a beautiful spot. Room was average, guess my expectations were too high given the price of room. Sadly the kayaks or paddle boards not available due to them having untrained staff available. Spa was very well appointed, pool area was just ok and whirlpool could have better jets & little more heat. Metradee for dinner was the only thing I found outstanding extremely friendly and helpful when the drink order was messed up second night of stay (but no discount on the drink). The communication & knowledge that staff had for the amenities was poor, along with the staff knowing we had arrived at spa, but found it necessary to call 1 min after appointment looking for us. Asked about daily activities & if there was a live band one evening, they said no, but showed up & there was. The iron didn't work in room, took over half an hour to get replacement couldn't wait as planned time for dinner would be late. All in all, found it to overpriced given the staff quality & general knowledge quite poor. Fire alarm went off and was told by someone else it happened last week. Again not sure if it was just a random continual bad experience & poor service.apol ogies but wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. 4stars by others? I have stayed in 3-4 stars that were definitely exceptional in accommodating anything needed for service. They are in the service industry are they not! FYI the resort fee not included if you book online
Wonderful service, staff, food, property, amenities. The Spa is wonderful. The staff throughout the Resort provided top notch service. My room and my view were lovely. Great restaurants. Try the duck. :
