Not every site has the ideal base for which a structure such as a pool can be safely located. In the case that piles are required to stabilize a new pool we are ready to prepare the land, install the piles, and continue the pool building process. Patrick's Pools is a certified installer through PierTech. Our company install's PierTech Systems Round Shaft Helical Piles for projects which have an unsuitable base for bearing the load of the pool. Having a greater load capacity and lateral stability the round shaft design is better than the typical square shaft design.

Patricks Pools has successfully installed hundreds of in-ground custom pool liners. We own two commercial liner vacuums, which give us the ability to install two pool liners a day, or install one pool liner on a very cold day. We have the ability to design and construct just about any type of custom staircase or bench you can imagine and measure your liner to fit on top of these new staircases or benches. Many customers opt to eliminate their old, outdated fiberglass steps and upgrade to these custom entrances that are installed underneath their new liners.

Although we are more than capable of installing any type of masonry product, natural stone patios are our specialty. Soil preparation: This is one of the most important and most over-looked steps in patio construction. If the soil beneath your patio settles, your concrete base will sink and crack and the final layer of bluestone will shift and crack within a few short years.

With hundreds of installed safety fences and safety cover's Patrick's Pools is an expert at keeping your pool area safe. We are one of the very few pool companies on Long Island to own and use a water cooled, diamond bit core drill to install our pool covers and safety fences in stone or pavers. Our upgraded drill ensures that we will never crack any masonry or stone work with the install of our fences or covers. We consider the installation of safety covers and child proof fencing an artwork. All of our covers have completely straight seams and perfect right angles.

An old, outdated gunite pool can be brought back to look just as good as any brand new pool built today. New coping, tile, and a fresh marbledust go a very long way towards making your pool look new again. Upgrades like elaborate entrances, waterfalls, sheer descents, fountains, and spas can easily be added to give the pool an entire new dimension. Hard to believe but that is a fact! This costs Long Islanders over $1000 on average per year. Hybrid pool pumps are possibly the biggest breakthrough in the history of the pool industry. They use the same breakthrough 6-pole motor technology as our hybrid cars that are achieving 50+ mpg. These pumps are 90% efficient compared with regular pool pumps and will save approximately $900 per year in electricity on Long Island using today's LIPA rates.
