Occasionally a good companyu sends out a repairman that gets in over his head. Recently I needed an air conditioner changed over from direct wire to installation of a 220 outlet. It was not installed in the wall as requested, but actually screewed (thew socket) onto the air conditoining unit inside. In so doing, the repairman burned out the condenser for the unit, obviously by setting up a short curcut in the wire. Green Electric not only sent an A/C expert out to repair the condenser at their expense, but also refunded the payment for the re-wiring work which was not done properly. One cannot find many companies with this high degree of ethics and accepted responsibility for the quality of their work. They have made a loyal customer for any future needs, and I hope others will read this and have confidence in their capabilities and customer service.
