Victor spent over a decade working for the family paving business (P&S Paving), and from 2006-2009, served as foreman overseeing all residential projects. In 2011, Victor was promoted to head of design and sales for the company. For the past 20 years, Frank has established himself in the field of masonry, delivering quality work time and time again.
