This was our second time using Point Loma Electric over a period of over 15 years. We lost power in two major areas of our home. The company sent Charlie Holt who arrived on time, and was professional and polite. After looking at the situation, he patiently worked through the detective work needed to identify the problems and clearly explained the situation, probable causes and repairs needed. Charlie has exceptional knowledge and customer service. His calm demeanor quickly eased our considerable concerns. His efficient work solved the problems in less time than expected. We recommend him highly and won't hesitate to use this company again.
