Lake Shore Paving, Inc. is so much more than just an asphalt paving company. Founded in 1998 by Steve Lindstrom with the promise of offering quality workmanship while instilling an employee first culture within. Approaching 25 years later son Mark Lindstrom has taken the lead as President and continues with the same mission mindset. We are proud to say that many of the original employees are still with the company as a testament to the Lindstrom's culture and management practices. Offering construction services starting with our estimating department, to site work grading, clearing and demolition, asphalt milling and paving, concrete (curb and gutters, slabs, sidewalks and more) underground utility installations, pavement maintenance including sealcoating and line striping, tennis court installation and repair and more.
