In early 1999, PaverScape became more than just an idea of our Founder, President & CEO David Lugo, we became the Lowcountry's first ever hardscape design and installation company. Prior to his company's creation, David served as the V.P. of Sales and Marketing for Unicon Concrete in their Concrete Paver and Segmental Retaining Wall Manufacturing Division training hardscape and landscape contractors and installers throughout the tri-state area in the installation of pavers and other hardscape products.
