Family-owned and operated, we have been proudly serving Central Virginia and the Northern Neck since 1956. We have four state-of-the-art asphalt plants strategically located in Goochland, New Kent, Chester, and Warsaw, but we're not limited by our facilities. Lee Hy Paving has strong partnerships with other local asphalt manufacturers, allowing us to remain competitive anywhere in Virginia. At each of our asphalt plants, we manufacture a wide selection of asphalt materials for our projects, and we're a primary supplier for other paving contractors in Central Virginia. Our team also works closely alongside other partners to provide additional services to our clients.

Lee Hy Paving Corporation has asphalt plants in four Virginia areas: Rockville, Providence Forge, Chester, and Warsaw. These plants make Lee Hy Paving accessible to as many customers as possible. One of our plants should be able to assist with your locality's paving needs. Creating asphalt pavement is very specific, and the process is similar to baking. All necessary ingredients are measured, mixed up and heated for the final product. Asphalt starts with aggregate (a mixture of small and large rocks) then asphalt cement is heated and combined with the rocks.
