Specialty Paving Services
Our crews will help to minimize the impact to your existing facilities and performing the work with equipment that is right sized for the job. We can include sitework packages upon request and will self-perform most of the work in the package. Generally we will do all the excavation, utilities, grading and paving work and sub out the clearing and the concrete work. Whichever way works best for the customer.

With Raleigh Paving, you can rest assured that you'll get the most comprehensive, efficient, and long-lasting solution to any line striping needs. Raleigh Paving provides line striping services for parking lots and other paved areas throughout North Carolina. We serve the Triangle, Triad and Charlotte metro areas of North Carolina including Raleigh, Greensboro and Winston-Salem.
New Asphalt Paving
Raleigh Paving is a full service paving contractor. Whether it is a new parking lot being constructed and paved for the first time, or an old parking lot in need of maintenance or reconstruction, we are here to partner with you to fulfill your specific needs. Maintaining your parking lot is a big investment for many businesses. Your parking lot is also the first thing your customers see when they arrive at your facility and it influences how they judge the health of your business. With a focus on paving, we regularly team up with developers, general contractors, grading and utility contractors, project managers, property owners and managers, HOA's, churches, facility departments, municipalities, etc. to provide asphalt services.
Concrete Sidewalks
Your concrete sidewalks, curbs, and pads are another investment in need of regular maintenance and repair. Whether it be a curb or sidewalk that has heaved because of a tree root, or a dumpster pad that has failed due to the heavy traffic, we can evaluate and properly repair the issue. We also perform installation of new concrete for new sites, or for up-fitting sites with new features such as ADA ramps. Our estimators can meet with you onsite to discuss the various options.
Sealcoating
Sealcoating is the process of spraying and/or squeegee applying asphalt or coal tar based sealer to your parking lot. This sealer, when applied properly, will help protect your asphalt investment. We liken it to staining your deck. Over time, the sun, water, and traffic can wear out your asphalt surfaces, making them hard, brittle and more susceptible to failure. For parking lots and asphalt surfaces in need of a facelift, we offer sealcoating services that protect the binder in your pavement to prevent deterioration from the sun and wear and tear.
Excavation And Grading
We provide excavation and grading services for work that includes any of our core services which are paving, concrete flatwork and curb. This includes any balancing, cut and fill to subgrade or removal and replace that is necessary to install the hard surfaces. We have dozers, excavators and milling machines to do the basic core of excavation work. We are not geared toward large cut and fill projects as the scope of our projects usually is 1000 cy or less. We are used to taking over subgrades from other contractors.

Because the rain caught him midway through his process he actually had to do it twice and did so without hesitation.
His attention to detail and self-pride in his work were evident.
These are qualities I generally look for in people, particularly contractors and vendors but rarely find.
