Precision Paving

Precision Paving has been providing north central Ohio customers with another option for even the largest paving projects since 2002. While the majority of our projects involve road and parking lot construction, resurfacing and repair, we are capable of handling any size job. We are an ODOT approved Laborer's and Operator's Union signatory company that has grown and built its reputation through "Workmanship with Uncompromising Quality". While our employees are the most important factor in our success, we also have the proper equipment, well maintained and in sufficient numbers, to field multiple paving and excavating crews.

Founded in 2002, Precision Paving, Inc. was formed with the goal of providing quality asphalt projects from start to completion while providing the best quality product around. Over 15 years later we still carry that goal on every project we do. While our primary focus is in the asphalt paving business, we realized that there are other facets of construction that go hand in hand with asphalt, including concrete, excavation and site work. Our company prides itself on being able to complete any paving job from pothole patching in a driveway to major roadway or parking lot paving and being able to do so with the best crews and equipment possible.

Precision Paving also specializes in commercial paving projects. From parking lots to commercial driveways and approaches, our experienced staff can handle your asphalt needs so that your customers have a smooth, aesthetically pleasing transition into and throughout your property. We are equipped to handle any project, large or small, from new construction to repairing aging pavement. Our processes for commercial paving are similar to residential paving. Pavement overlays are typically the most cost effective way to revitalize your parking lot.

Here at Precision Paving we can tackle most all excavating projects and sitework required for parking lots, driveways prior to asphalt or concrete paving. Along with sitework and excavating we install and repair shallow storm drainage systems, including catch basins, manholes, underdrains and valve boxes.

This customer wanted to update their existing stone driveway to new asphalt. The project consisted of grading the existing stone and placing a total 4 inches of new asphalt. The project was completed in the summer of 2020. Precision Paving specializes in residential paving. Our experienced staff will provide you with accurate knowledge about the best solution for your current situation, as there are many options. Where possible resurfacing is the most cost effective option and aesthetically pleasing.
