Hubert Oye in addition to snow removal and hauling, provide for commercial de-icing of parking lots, driveways and walkways. Now using a product which in a performance study conducted by the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT), Mineral Melt produced ice free roads quicker and better than similar products. Our results show that this product does not bounce and scatter, usage is reduced by as much at 31% leaving a clean lot in comparison to standard coarse grade rock salt or sand mix. In addition to its outstanding performance, Mineral Melt is also more environmentally friendly than other products.

Here at Hubert Oye and Son's, we mix our own asphalt at our plant providing both cold mix asphalt for cold weather repairs and patching and hot mix for your project thereby assuring the best application for your lot based on traffic conditions, climate, geology, materials, construction, and economics are variables that demand the fullest application of professional engineering judgment and skills. We provide a wide range of services from filling of pot holes to complete new construction lots. We are equipped to remove existing pavement and prep the lot for a new asphalt or we can do a chip sealing to extend the life of your asphalt lot.
