Over the past four decades, there have been numerous changes in the contracting industry. Perry Broughton Trucking & Excavating, Inc. has consistantly adhered to the ethics and standards upon which Perry and Rachel A. Broughton founded the company in 1972. In 1974 Perry's brother, John Broughton, joined the company. As the business grew, the company moved from Pawnee to its current location at 1227 W. Enos Avenue in Springfield, where it has expanded over the years to meet growth demands. Today, we continue to provide quality performance in construction projects for the State of Illinois and the City of Springfield, as well as many area municipalities, agencies and private developers.
