In 1982, M&M Contracting was operating as a demolition contractor in Detroit. It was at about this time the company was offered the complex task of demolishing the Texas Theatre in San Antonio. M&M immediately recognized the possibilities for a quality demolition and excavation contractor in the southern region. The need for such a company was apparent as was the potential for expansion into a relatively undeveloped market. Since that time, our expertise in Demolition and Site Work has afforded us the opportunity to work on projects ranging from Florida to California and even some projects overseas.
