Asphalt Patch Systems was established nearly 40 years ago on October 1st, 1981 by Mark and Jay Looker. Through the years the company's size and reputation has grown. In 1990, Mark and Jay joined with Rick Kiehn to create Asphalt Concrete Cutting and Patching as a sister company to extend the services offered to our customers. In 2003 these two companies merged to form Asphalt Patch Systems, owned and operated by Mark Looker, Jay Looker, and Rick Kiehn. Going the extra mile is the heart beat of our company.
