In 1978, brothers David and Gary Aurillo started Main Line Concrete & Supply Inc. next to the old Paoli train station. Contractors and homeowners could pick up concrete and haul it themselves with small trailers called U-carts. As the business grew, Main Line began delivering concrete with small concrete mixer trucks. Due to the expansion of the Paoli train station in 1986, Main Line moved to their present location on Boot Road in Downingtown. Here they had room to expand the business and in 1988 added concrete pavers, retaining walls and hardscaping supplies.
