The Qualified Erector and Certified Erector programs to evaluate erection procedures and field quality control for precast concrete was introduced in 1999, extending PCI's quality performance standards throughout the construction process. Each erection crew is audited twice a year according to nationally published criteria. This qualification provides customers with the assurance that the quality of manufacturing produced by stringent factory conditions continues into the field during installation.
