Founded in 1994 by Dale and Debbie Yoder, our focus at Big Valley Concrete has always been to deliver great service and a quality product to the Mifflin and Huntingdon County marketplaces. Starting with one mix and one volumetric mixer, we have grown to a full service concrete producer. In 2002, the ready mix plant was built in Mill Creek and we have not stopped growing and expanding. Becoming PennDOT certified was an important growth aspect, with the ability to offer over 20 PennDOT mixes for bridge and road building needs.
