We are a full service detail oriented architectural firm with an emphasis on good quality design. In this phase your overall needs and desires as the client are discovered. Whether it's expanding or renovating an existing residence or a new home; the Architect will access the Zoning, evaluate the budget and develop sketches to achieve these goals. The Project is built during this Phase. The Architect's role is to check the Project to ensure the design intent is being carried out, to answer questions and help resolve issues that may come up during construction.

From a bathroom renovation, new home or commercial building our goal is to provide our clients with architectural services from project conception to completion. These services include assisting the client in obtaining town approvals, selecting of specific materials and products, contractor selection and construction administration. With a background in design and structural engineering, Michael Piccirillo has focused his most recent work on high-end residential dwellings in Chappaqua and surrounding communities.
