The Smith-Midland Corporation entered the marketplace in 1960 as the Smith Cattleguard Company. From the beginning we provided innovative, high quality precast concrete products backed by superior service. Although the name has changed and the products we offer have increased ten-fold, we have never deviated from the Standards on which our success was built -innovation, quality and service. That's what we mean by Excellence in Precast Concrete, and we welcome the opportunity to share that excellence with you.

Smith-Midland's, Smith-Carolina's and Smith-Columbia's production excellence is based on a thorough understanding of precast concrete technology backed by the skills, facilities and experience necessary to produce quality precast products. Our manufacturing plants include steel shops, form fabrication shops, automated concrete batch plants and environmentally controlled casting areas. Production integrity begins with detailed designs and is implemented with quality materials, precision molds, and extra care in finishing and handling.

Precast concrete buildings by Easi-Set are designed to be cost-effective and provide a level of quality control not available with other building applications. Easi-Set and Easi-Span precast buildings are 100% concrete, UL-752 level 5 bulletproof and certified by third party engineers. Each of these concrete buildings are also available with a range of interior and exterior outfitting options, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing and electricity, just to name a few.
