The business had a great area to see samples and colors in front of their building. However the sales person was 2hrs late for a scheduled meeting then would not answer or return multiple voicemails, emails or text msgs after setting up start date for 2 WEEKS! After finally reaching him he said it would be at least 3 more weeks because he took other jobs over ours. Horrible respect toward potential customers, unorganized and in desperate need of a good secretary! We went with someone else.
Never pick up the phone call several time so looking some another person
We had gotten a consult and then negotiated a price. We were told it would be 6-8 weeks before they could install our patio. At the 6 week point, we had not been contacted an installation date. We repeatedly contacted them over the next few weeks. So two and a half months after agreeing to use their company we are having to start all over with getting estimates from other companies.
