Circle M Construction was established in 1983 specializing in concrete construction. Since that time we have successfully completed thousands of concrete construction projects and have been recognized as a leader in the concrete construction industry. Our company has a full fleet of concrete and mid-sized excavating equipment. Many of our high profile construction projects have won Outstanding Achievement awards presented by the Indiana Concrete Council and the Indiana Ready Mix Association. We have focused our attention on commercial concrete construction throughout Indiana with a concentration in the Indianapolis area.

In 1983 after working for a family owned lumber company for twenty years, Robert Miller decided to form his own company specializing in concrete construction. While working in the lumber business Mr. Miller had served as a general contractor on hundreds of new homes, agricultural confinement buildings and numerous other commercial projects. Mr. Miller had also previously controlled the budget for a wing in the US Air Force which helped to make estimating for construction projects relatively easy.

Our precast decorative concrete services include fencing, walls, columns and column caps. Decorative concrete fencing and walls may be stamped with the decorative design on either one or both sides. The thickness and height of the decorative concrete fences, walls and columns will vary from project to project. However, precast decorative concrete fencing and wall heights are limited to 102 because of shipping limitations. The precast decorative concrete may include integral color or coloring may be achieved by application of a chemical stain.
