Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete, LLC was established in 2004 outside of Cascade, Iowa, by its founders Chad and Robin Demmer. With a team of six employees, Chad focused on City Municipality work consisting of Sewer and Water along with Concrete Flat work. We now have expanded our line of work and have been able to specialize in Curb and Gutter, Full Width Paving, Trucking, and Hydro Seeding, also. As well as a growing team of fifty employees to take on any size project big or small. We provide our services to a public and private market within a ninety mile radius of Cascade, Iowa.

Hydroseeding, also known as hydraulic mulch seeding is a new, fast, cost efficient way of planting grass. Our crews start with tilling the land to prepare the soil for seed. Once that is finished, we spray the mixture onto the designated area of land.
