Our design and engineering staff collaborate with the architects, engineer of record, and contractors to determine how to best manufacture, ship and install the precast components. We ensure the components are structurally sound and are manufactured following the American Concrete Institute (ACI), Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), and American Standards for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards. We provide our customers with installation drawings that clearly show the overall layout of the precast, as well as details for connections to steel, CIP concrete, masonry, etc. Internally we create a separate detailed production drawing for each precast component to ensure that nothing is missed or miscommunicated in the production process.
