First of all I would like to say that when Chris is doing his work he does it well. The major problem that I have with him is that he has very poor communication, meaning he does not return phone calls and he does not show up when scheduled. this is a big problem for me and it has held up my project for weeks. Due to the lack of response and communication I had to try to find another contractor to finish his job. I understand things get busy but if you have commitments you need to keep them or at least communicate to the customer if something comes up. His lack of communication is unacceptable to me as a customer!
