Therefore, we actively manage our labor and equipment resources so as to operate as productively, efficiently, and safely as possible.
L & S Building Contractors, Inc. was founded in 1983 by Gene Luetters and George Stein. They started working together while employed by Nelson & Company. With young families and kids in school, Gene and George decided to stay in Salina and form a partnership when Nelson & Company relocated to Denver. Over the next twenty years, L & S developed a solid reputation for providing general contracting and concrete construction services throughout central Kansas. Gene retired in 1996 and George ran the business for another six years.
