Complete Concrete, Inc. was incorporated in 2007, with Cindy as President and Elroy Buren as Vice-President. In 2009, the Burens began the process of obtaining SBA 8 (a) certification and were awarded the 8 (a) certification in April of 2010. The company rebranded to Complete Contracting Solutions, Inc., a brand that is more suitable for matching our competencies in all phases of commercial construction. The company is also designated as an Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) as well as a Native American Owned Business.
