Established in 2003, RME Pumpers was founded by Richard and Jean Evenson to fill the needs of the concrete pumping industry for the Houston and surrounding areas. As times changed and the economy grew, so must a company that continues to thrive. In April 2011, Richard and Jean partnered with Jim and Sharon Demczak to form a new and larger company, RME Concrete Pumpers, INC. Jim and Sharon were the previous owners of Efficient Mechanical and Welding Services. Efficient was a family owned business in Texas since 1997, and in Maryland since 1990.
