From a modest beginning in 1975 with three employees, including founder Mark Santar, and one crane truck, Mar-Con Products has grown to a company noted for leadership and specialization in two interrelated segments of San Diego County's construction industry: manufacturer of precast concrete manholes and suppliers of ready-mixed concrete. Today's Mar-Con fleet includes ten 10-yard ready-mix concrete trucks, three crane trucks, and a modern concrete batching plant. As an additional customer benefit, and on request, Mar-Con offers complete manhole installation services through R&C Structures, Inc., a Class A licensed contractor.
