Rustic Brick and Fireplace's journey began back in 1954 when Clinton A. Burrows, Jr., a retired Brigadier General from the Army Air Corp, started the business. We were one of the first stone yards in Sacramento and have been family owned and operated since the start. In our early years we manufactured our own faux stone in a kiln on our current property. We were also one of the first companies to manufacture used brick, tumbling over 50,000 brick a day at one time. In the mid-90's Rustic Brick and Fireplace saw a change in what customers were looking for in a building supply yard and changed our warehouse into a design showroom.
