By grinding and polishing the concrete you are exposing the aggregate, or rocks, that were locally or regionally sourced and have been hidden since the concrete was poured. The result is a one of a kind floor with local color, character, and roots - something floor coverings rarely achieve. With an extreme focus on quality and details under tight schedules, our teams have successfully built floors for Apple, Google, Amazon, Linkedin, eBay, Lockheed Martin, and countless others. Our two Principals have 50+ years combined construction experience in Northern California in both commercial and residential settings.

Our two Principals, Kevin Barnett and Bill Brown, have 65+ years of combined construction experience and began working together in 2011 to assemble the concrete polishing team, toolbox, and procedures we use today. Working for 3 years as a second tier subcontractor, we eventually decided that to build floors the way we wanted to, we had to do it on our own. While other contractors seemed to be racing each other to the bottom, we wanted to focus on taking the world of polished concrete to the next level.
