Lozica Concrete is a locally owned and operated concrete construction business; I, Mike Lozica, am the President and Owner of Lozica Concrete I am a graduate from U. C. Berkeley and have been in concrete construction since the early 1970s, starting with Lozica and Sons Concrete Construction in southern California. I began my own concrete construction company in northern California. We are a small, family owned and operated business. Our company constructs building foundations, building slabs (slabs on grade), retaining walls, site work, handicap ramps, & tenant improvements for: residential, commercial, medical facility, and public works projects.
