With over two decades of combined experience, the team transitioned to focus on large-scale commercial concrete construction in 2009, expanding their capabilities to handle complex projects exceeding 500-yard pours. Heidi Olson joined in 2021, bringing extensive customer service and construction management expertise, and now oversees office operations while holding 51% ownership.
