The key personnel of Georgica Builders each have over 25 years of construction experience and have built over 180 homes from Montauk to Manhattan although Georgica Builders focuses on the Hamptons (and adjoining areas). These homes have ranged anywhere from 1,200 to 12,000 square feet. In addition, Georgica Builders has remodeled numerous homes in the Hamptons, including gut rehab projects. Over the years, we have developed a reputation for completing work on-time and in-budget. Most homes that we build are completed in less than a year and are extremely cost competitive, even though we tend to provide exquisite architectural designs and features.
Our own in-house designer/architect can do anything from designing your dream home to preparing architectural plans as required for filing.
