Hello again to all! Bringing you another update during this strained time. We will be able to start to get back to somewhat of a normal operation in about a week. The existing houses under construction will be able to move along with multiple contractors' workers on site at once. This will get the existing houses, and any of the new homes that we have signed for new build moving at a normal pace. Just want to give a shout out to all of our current clients for their patience during this difficult time. Residential construction is one of the borderline businesses that wasn't clearly spelled out. We are abiding by the local rules which is allowing one person on-site at a time. This, of course, is making certain things extremely difficult and prolonging the build time. We are doing all we can to schedule things appropriately and still maintain a safe working environment for our contractors..
