Lead Carpenter during the 50 million dollar renovations installing kitchens, trim, doors, exterior finish systems, landscaping, paving, and all other phases of the interior and exterior of the building managing over 50 employees. As General Contractor for this $20 mil project, we were responsible managing all trades, mechanicals, site work, well system to self-support the coolers for the ice making, and certificate of occupancy. We created this wonderful patio space including pouring concrete and installing electrical, railings and finishing details.
