O+D's standard estimating procedure consists of attending a project walk through to identify unforeseen conditions, reviewing all drawings, submitting complete take-offs and receiving bids from our selected, qualified vendors. The single greatest impact on a project comes during the pre-construction phase. Identifying long lead items and, if possible, pre-purchasing such items helps to maintain the schedule.
