RidgeCrest Home Sales is a manufactured and modular home sales center offering turnkey home set up and site construction services for your lot or ours. Curt and Karen Willar opened the doors in November of 2004 at our current location in Howard, PA. Just 10 minutes from Mill Hall and an easy drive from State College, RidgeCrest is conveniently located on Route 150, just one mile outside of Beech Creek. The idea for RidgeCrest grew out of Karen and her brother, Raymond McGill's, purchase of Ridge Crest Community, a 105 site single sectional community, from their parents.
RidgeCrest Home Sales strives to offer our customers the best possible service at the most inclusive price. To accomplish this, we have a small team of experienced sales consultants and construction managers that work together to oversee your building project from the initial visit to the final key turnover. Navigating the building process can be an overwhelming task for home buyers.
