John Burns and Jason Klemm, longtime friends, combined their strengths to create Burns Klemm Custom Home Builders in May 2010. After each managing successful construction companies, they realized each brought unique tools to the construction process and together they have been delivering quality custom homes with attention to detail. Both Jason and John are longtime residents of Brigantine. They support their community volunteering, coaching and sponsoring local groups, clubs and fundraisers. They have a firsthand knowledge and understanding of life at the shore and understand the uniqueness of building along the South Jersey Shore, as well as having a great working relationship with local municipalities.
We are unique in our ability and knowledge of both residential and commercial construction and building. We offer our residential and commercial knowledge from concrete to crown moldings. John Burns is a full time resident of Brigantine and Jason Klemm is a full time resident of Ocean City. They are both very familiar with all zoning and local ordinances of the Jersey shore area.
