Richard H. Washburn, the father, manufactured airplane hangers and owned a millwork shop before building his first home in Trenton over 50 years ago. Rich joined the family business in 1970, working side by side with his father on numerous building projects, including the Sutphin Pines community, and took over business operations when his father retired in 1978. Like his father before him, Rich is dedicated to fulfilling the wishes of his clients - creatively, affordably, and responsibly. Rich Washburn, a life-long resident of Bucks County, grew up along the Delaware River in Yardley, PA.
