Stanley Stracham started Stracham Enterprises in 1987 in Scott Township and has been building new homes ever since. Stan prides himself on being on every job site and taking an active part in the construction process. He's not sitting behind a desk shuffling papers, he's on site insuring his high standards of quality are being met.

We will work with you from the concept and design phase all the way through the post construction of your home. We know that the process of building a home can be daunting and overwhelming at times. That is why we work hand-in-hand with you during the entire process. Once we have included everything you want in your home, we will work with our designer, Campbells Residential Design, to design your home. During this phase you will be able to review the floor plans, site layout and elevations of your project.

Stracham Enterprises has been providing excavating services since 1987. We offer a full range of excavating, pipe and utility installation, paving, and general earth moving activities. We perform these services for residential property owners, residential developers, municipal and industrial customers. If you love where you live and the home you have now--but need more space--then an addition is your answer. We will work with our designer, Campbells Residential Design, to give you the space you need and make it seem like the addition was built with the original home.
