We began as a small remodeling company, and have expanded to one of Erie's top housing firms. In the mid 70's the company began to purchase and renovate Erie's downtown buildings, incorporating then west-coast building designs to Erie's metropolitan area. In 1978 Joe Palermo Jr. started building single family homes. Ever-evolving and moving forward, we then began luxury town homes in 1985 with "Cedar Loft Apartments". Then, Palermo Realty changed the Erie housing market by introducing the Patio Home concept with "Scenery Hills Patio Homes" in 1989.
