Home Builders Association Of Raleigh-Wake County

The association serves as the voice of the residential construction industry at the local, state and national levels. The members of the HBA are new home builders, remodelers, developers, suppliers and sales and marketing professionals. As the largest single county HBA in the country and the overall second largest HBA in the country, the association provides members with a wide range of resources and information on issues involving the home building industry such as land use, economic and legal matters.

The Triangle Sales and Marketing Council of North Carolina (TSMC) was formed on April 2, 1993 by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County and Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties. It is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC). The TSMC was named the best Sales and Marketing Council in the Country for 1997, 2000, 2001, 2004, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016 and 2019. The TSMC provides an effective forum for the exchange of ideas with local, regional, and national experts in the sale and marketing of new homes, and recognizes member's professional achievements in sales and marketing excellence through a variety of award programs.
